What’s included in private hire?
Exclusive use of GIRI, one hour of setup access, the sound system and mood lighting, venue and bar staff, and final cleaning. Your proposal confirms the setup and services for your date.
How do we book, and how is it priced?
Start on the page for your occasion. We review availability and your plans, then prepare a tailored proposal around guest count, format, food, drinks and optional services. An enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking.
Can we arrange food and drinks?
Yes. Choose a seated dinner, canapés, tapas or a sharing buffet from our in-house kitchen. We discuss the menu, dietary requirements and service with you. GIRI runs the bar; welcome drinks, wine pairings and signature drinks can be arranged.
Can we bring our own DJs and personalise the room?
Yes. Share your music, equipment and styling plans so we can agree the arrangements in advance. Flowers, set design, custom cakes, photography and videography can be included as optional services in your proposal.
Can we visit before deciding?
Ask for a viewing when you enquire. We’ll agree a time to show you the room and talk through your plans.
How do public community events work?
Send your concept through the Community Events page. The team discusses the format, availability, technical needs, admission approach, promotion and collaboration terms with you. Public events normally use donation-based entry and RA RSVP unless agreed otherwise.
What should we know about access?
Share any access requirements when you enquire. We’ll discuss the entrance, toilets, seating and room setup with you before you decide.
