How is a private event priced?
Every event receives a tailored proposal. Guest count, timing, room setup, staffing, technical needs and food or drink arrangements all shape the final quote.
Can we arrange food?
Welcome drinks, sharing food, seated dinners and custom menus can be arranged. Tell us about your ideas and dietary requirements when we discuss your event.
Can we bring our own DJs?
Yes. Share your setup and music plans with us in advance, and we will confirm the equipment and technical arrangement available for your event.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Your inquiry goes to the GIRI team. We discuss availability and the details with you by email. Sending the form does not reserve the date or confirm a booking.
