How is a private event priced?
Every event receives a tailored proposal. Guest count, timing, room setup, staffing, technical needs, food or drink arrangements and optional services all shape the final quote.
Can we arrange food?
Welcome drinks, canapés, sharing food, seated dinners and custom menus can be arranged. We discuss your menu and dietary requirements together.
Can we bring our own DJs?
Yes. Share your setup and music plans in advance, and we will confirm the equipment and technical arrangements available for your event.
What happens after I inquire?
Your inquiry goes to the GIRI team. We discuss availability and details with you by email. Sending the form does not reserve the date or confirm a booking.
Can we see the room before booking?
Ask us about a viewing when you inquire. We’ll agree a time for you to see the space and talk through your plans.
Can we bring our own drinks?
GIRI runs the bar and provides the drinks. We can shape the selection and welcome drinks around your event.
What should we know about access?
Share your access requirements when you inquire. We will discuss the current entrance, toilets, seating and setup with you.
